Electric Muscle Stimulator (EMS)

This works by sending electrical stimulation to certain parts of our body through sticky electrodes using a battery-operated device. This device is another example of temporary relief from pain, but not a lasting cure. There is not enough evidence to suggest it is effective.

Here at N3 Physiotherapy, we do not use EMS.
